Our business has used your camera for years. It works great. Ever since your last update I can no longer use it on my IPAD. I need you to do an update to IOS 11 as soon as possible. Our company has 50 stores using your product. If we can not get it to work we might have to switch to someone else. I cannot even download this app, it keeps telling me the developer must update to work with IOS 11. Worthless piece of garbage!

On 01/01/2018 I attempted to once again open app but it will not open on iOS. I updated my iPad to ios11 several months ago and as of the present date app will not open due to update. App on android device does open without issues. Please update app I highly recommend this camera system. Due to this issue I will give it 1 star.

Update is taking too long, I can’t watch my cameras from my iPad or iPhone.

When I first got this it worked great on both iPad and iPhone. Now it only works on my iPhone now until SuperLivePro makes an update for iOS 11. Please make an update.

I bought a new iPad specifically to view my cameras on this app but afterwards find out the app won't work with iOS 11. OMG really! Now what?!?!???

This app works great on many of my devices, unfortunately I upgraded to iOS 11 on my iPad, which this app does not support. I would gladly pay for a version of this app that works on iOS 11. Thank you.

So just as a quick review of this app, i've been using it now for over two years and it works as advertised. There are two separate applications, one for the iPad and one for the iPhone. Both work pretty well, as long as you know your network settings. I just hope they update this application before iOS 11 is released in the fall of 2017. This application is 32 bit and will no longer function with iOS 11 as it is a 64-bit architecture. I hope you're listening App developers and that get this updated, because I would love to continue using the software with your DVR!

It's the only app with DVR playback that works for my LTD7926 and most of LT Security Analog DVR's. But it needs a 64 bit update to be able to continue to work with iOS 11. I hope the developer updates the app or create a new one with LTS support. As for the app itself it's a great application, everything works great, and be able to playback my recorded security videos is a big plus.

This app is going to be removed from the App Store when IOS 11 comes out this fall. This is a great app and I hope you are working on a version that will work with IOS 11.

We need a New up date!! When?

This app use to work on my ipad and was very useful but now it will not connect to my service. I had to download the iPhone version onto my ipad just to be able to see my cameras. Don't download until they fix this issue. FIX THIS PLEASE

Overall, decent. Updates are never on time. Which leaves your app in the dark for a week or so. Would be great if you could record from your phone.

Iphone app works fine. Downloaded iPad version and it doesn't let me log in. HTTP error of some sort. Can anyone tell me why it won't work on my ipad? I use all the same info on this (IP, etc.) that I use on the iphone version. Thank you. Rob

This app hasn't worked for awhile now. Why can't they fix it or why won't they fix it? Complete waste of time and money. Would rate it with no stars if that was an option.

The APP works well enough, but doesn't recognize the orientation of my iPad and always opens upside down.
